In-house design-build services are available for select projects, with more complex designs referred to trusted architects or engineers.

The Man Behind Longevity LLC
Ted Gulick is a Spokane native and the founder of Longevity LLC. With over 21 years of hands-on construction experience, he holds active general contractor licenses in Washington and Idaho. As an owner-operator, he stays closely involved in every project.
Ted is the head of his family and a man of faith. He is a proud American who believes this country is strongest when its people take responsibility and give their best. He is not afraid of challenges and approaches every project with determination, integrity, and a commitment to doing the work right.
When he’s not on a job site, Ted spends time with his wife on his rural property in Spokane County, where he values hard work, family, and the land.
